Cancellation Policy
Her Real Hair Co. – Cancellation & Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of cancellation or rescheduling.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment time and cover preparation for your service. If you choose to cancel or reschedule for any reason, the original deposit will not be applied to a future appointment.
A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
